Dishwasher Buffet PT - $300 Sign-On Bonus

SUMMARY:  Cleans and sanitizes all dishes and silverware to be used by Buffet guests. Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment and dining room.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepares tableware for washing.
  • Washes dishes and then stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area.
  • Thoroughly cleans dishwashing equipment and working areas.
  • Collects all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves.
  • Removes all garbage and refuse.
  • Mops and sweeps floors.
  • Washes walls and ceiling tiles.
  • Sanitizes all cooking equipment.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and Chef’s Management Team.
  • Follows GuestPath Universal Service Standards, Operational Service Standards, and SERVE expectations at all times.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.



  • Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel

  • Oral and written communication skills

  • Must be able to stand for 6-8 hour shifts

  • Consistently follows through with the appropriate actions when asked to complete projects/tasks

  • Must complete a thorough background check or be eligible for a Gaming License



  • Associate must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. All associates are under surveillance (and audio surveillance in limited areas).  Performance may be observed and recorded.


** This position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus.  $300 sign-on bonus paid out over three pay periods, $100 per pay period.  The sign-on bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld.  Must be employed at time of payout to receive sign-on bonus.  Limited to eligible positions only.
