Description

The Activation Manager will oversee and facilitate the successful on-boarding and seamless transition of new customers to the Scout platform. It is a highly visible, customer-facing role that touches all aspects of the Scout organization and requires someone who understands talent management and the technologies used to enable the process. This individual must have a strong track record in execution and bringing solutions to the table to solve complex business problems and gaps. Client relationship building and management experience is critical to success in the Activation Manager role.
 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Manage the overall client relationship during the on-boarding experience from planning and discovery, to implementation and post-go live activities 
  • Build out a comprehensive program management plan for each client, including project and communications plans, issues/actions trackers, reporting, success metrics and milestones, and go-live criteria
  • Guide Scout and Client organizations through detailed Discovery process; ensure all client business requirements and change management needs are documented and considered in future-state solution
  • Effectively communicate business and technical objectives as they relate to project goals; recommend best practices and processes based on client current state analysis and future state program vision
  • Lead project meetings and manage team members to ensure objectives are achieved within prescribed timeframes and budget 
  • Work with the client and internal organizations to resolve issues to keep activation process moving forward; assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure overall program success
  • Provide weekly and on-demand progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, TA management and/or recruitment/staffing office 
  • Minimum 5 years in client relationship, implementation and project management 
  • Strong experience with talent management products and end-to-end solutions
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation
  • Strong client management and relationship building skills
  • Excellent organizational and team building skills; team player with strong desire for everyone to succeed; promotes a team environment
  • Exhibits sound business judgment
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and consensus building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong executor
  • Proven aptitude to execute and excel in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Ability to gain a solid understanding of the Scout product, ability to multitask and manage multiple customers in a cross-functional environment
  • Analytical mindset capable of identifying creative talent solutions for customers
  • A passionate, driven, self-confident and focused self-starter able to take initiative
  • Previous experience with problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
Preferred:
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Tableau
  • Experience with enterprise ATS solutions
