Objective: Support all areas of the organization around growth and profitability by identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent in the industry to work internally at Scout

Key Responsibilities:

Alignment to Organizational Goals & Fiscal Responsibility

  • Drive results that you and your team can be proud of and always bringing a can-do attitude

  • Champion organizational goals by applying philosophies to day to day Talent Acquisition activities (example: smart negotiations drive fiscal responsibility)

  • Source both active and passive talent using industry standard and innovative channels to identify, attract and hire top talent with minimal spend

Operational Effectiveness: Best in Class TA Operations

  • Define, design and execution strategies such as pipeline, sourcing, employment marketing for key and consistent roles

  • Drive a consultative approach with Hiring Managers, ensuring all stakeholders in the hiring process are aware of the role purpose, and strategies for each step of the value stream

  • Facilitate effective meetings and interviews, respectfully command focus to drive efficient impact should things derail

  • Build and maintain strong network of place-able “A-List” candidates/staff, using multiple channels such as but not limited to online tools, local networking and events, targeted lead list, and referral rewards program to drive connections

  • Collaborate across teammates to share top candidates, ensure consistent experiences and that all hiring managers receive exceptional service

  • Consistently leverage the Core Process tools for each step of the value stream designed to provide best in class experiences

  • Deliver results, navigate roadblocks to create effective solutions

  • Clearly document activities per the Core Process for each section of the value stream to allow for easy reporting and messaging to key stakeholders on a cyclical basis

Drive Innovation

  • Keeping a pulse on innovation, industry updates, constantly networking to help everyone in our organization help our clients

  • Partner with team to explore and apply new tools and techniques to attract best talent

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by setting clear next steps with all candidates and being transparent on candidacy

  • Deliver fanatical customer service through clear communication regarding process, timely responses and consultative approaches, traffic coordinating some request to SMEs as needed

  • Embrace and consistently follow best practices and company-wide initiatives, providing insights as you learn to help the organization improve
