Position Overview

As Provider Marketplace Director/Sr. Manager, Recruitment + Onboarding you will have a unique opportunity to be part of scaling a successful startup into a significant business.  Reporting to the title of Sr. Director, Marketplace, the Provider Marketplace Director/Sr. Manager, Recruitment + Onboarding will be responsible for leading the overall attraction and retention of staffing suppliers to ensure Scout’s customer adoption and growth.   

The successful candidate will apply their previous marketplace and/or SaaS experience to develop relationships and work with a great team, to build an important and exciting business.  Scout has a great story and we are looking for an awesome communicator to tell the story in order to drive new supplier adoption, customer sales/ engagement as well as Scout value. A successful candidate will ideally have a strong track record in execution and is a self-starter who values the opportunity to develop their career alongside a growing company.

 

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact and lead for onboarding of new staffing suppliers, providing end-user training and post go-live support (Launch); provide insights and best practices to suppliers to ensure full optimization and adoption

  • identify, develop, automate and optimize processes, tools and methodologies to retain staffing suppliers and maximize efficiencies

  • collaborate with other internal departments e.g. product development, technology, marketing, support, training and external partners, on new releases impacting the customer and operational readiness; including providing input on potential enhancements and identifying current pain points

  • Monitoring and striving to improve staffing supplier satisfaction

  • Maintenance of internal CRM and other systems in compliance with required standards

 

Background/Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar 4-year college degree

  • Experience within the MSP sector a plus (staffing supplier onboarding)

  • 3+ years of Account Management/Customer Success experience in a SaaS or software company

ExperiPP Passionate about team and employee development, operations, data analytics, customer service, and project management

  • Solid understanding of Change Management methodologies and/or Business Process Management experience

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in Tableau, Salesforce, G-suite, and Zendesk
