Job Summary:

The Treasury Management Officers provide sales and service of non-credit Treasury Services business solutions to customers and prospects utilizing a consultative sales and relationship management approach. This position will participate as the Treasury Services liaison for various product and repricing committees as assigned.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Customer portfolio management
  • Represent the Treasury Services Department on the various product and re-pricing committees as assigned
  • Sales and service of Business Services products to existing customers and prospects
  • Support of other bank officers with customers, prospecting, proposals, and referrals

Education and/or Experience:

  • BA/BS degree and five years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years treasury Services experience
  • Sales experience with consultative selling skills
  • CTP required (Certified Treasury Professional) certification 

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of banking and Business Services products and services
  • Knowledge of banking deposit operations processing
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of bank regulations
