The HR and Recruiting Manager (HRM) is a critical member of the Dalberg Americas Operations team overseeing Dalberg’s 5 locations in the Americas: Washington DC, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Mexico City. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations of the Americas region, the HRM will be located in Washington DC and works directly with the America’s regional leadership, to generate diverse candidate pools and recruit and retain top talent to meet business needs. The HRM also works closely with global counterparts to ensure a uniform and integrated recruiting and people experience across Dalberg offices worldwide.
