You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, international affairs, journalism, statistics or a related area
You have an excellent ability to find and structure information. You’re highly organized with the ability to manage, organize and interpret many diverse data sources
You have a passion for development research, good English writing skills, and perhaps even a bit of relevant work experience, e.g. in monitoring and evaluation, research, or writing/editing (not required)
You will build our teams’ knowledge base around the topic at hand - finding and assessing data sources, conducting secondary/desk research, building and adapting datasets, or helping to coordinate primary research projects
You will support consulting and research teams in creating outputs: you will provide inputs and data summaries according to consulting needs and write up or visualize data for teams, for clients and for publication
