A digital graphic designer is an integral member of the Marketing & Design Department demonstrating expertise on a variety of projects. Responsibilities include the conceptualization and production of high-level design concepts for marketing and event campaigns, including websites, web pages, email promotional creative, social media graphics, banner ads, and print. The incumbent will collaborate with fellow Design Team members, Marketing representatives, and internal partners to produce compelling marketing pieces.


  • Design a wide variety of digital assets, specifically emails, homepages, landing pages,
    banner ads, social ads, instructional and promotional animations, print and interactive media.
  • Oversee design projects from conception to delivery.
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics that transform data into
    digestible and shareable bites of information.
  • Design integrated digital campaigns that promote user engagement.
  • Develop look-and-feel for various promotions that live across multiple digital assets.
  • Work within brand guidelines and style guides to create innovative digital campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to find
    solutions that solve creative and business needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience designing for web, digital media, and print.
Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, or relevant field. Proven conceptual work as demonstrated in an online portfolio.

  • Proven conceptual work, as demonstrated in an online portfolio.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, and HTML 5; Flash a plus.
  • Fluent in content management systems for both websites and emails.
  • Experience with motion design, video production; video development experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques with an emphasis on UI and UX.
  • A strong foundation with web design, layout and typography, branding, color process,
    and print production.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in juggling multiple projects
    while effectively managing timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Comfortable with both providing and receiving constructive feedback. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and individually to reach goals.
