The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is looking for an energetic, creative and enthusiastic Web and Graphic Design Manager. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Arts or a related field with at least 4 years in professional web management, commercial design and WordPress templates.  Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with Mockups, web design and multimedia presentation.  Must also have knowledge of brand communication and digital marketing including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.  Duties require excellent professional verbal and written communication along with presentation skills.  Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse population. A combination of education, experience and training may be substituted when competency in the position is demonstrated. 

This person will be responsible for content management and creating visual concepts by hand or using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the overall brand/image of the organization.  They will be responsible for design, layout and formatting of materials.  Also, through graphics, create other materials that support the organization through partnerships and collaborations.  This person is responsible for website content, keeping website current and insuring the accuracy of the daily content and overall functionality for the end user. Must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.  Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required. Starting salary approximately: $45,000 – 50,000.
