Degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction Management required
A minimum of 2 years experience working with BIM (Building Information Modeling) in commercial construction industry.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in utilizing BIM software, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.

We are currently looking for a BIM Engineer to join our team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Lead the project team to develop and implement a BIM execution plan for projects.
Continue to improve / revise BIM strategic plan on an organizational level.
Leads collaboration and communication efforts between preconstruction team and engineers during preconstruction through the use of BIM.
Work with estimating department during pre-construction phase to manage subcontractor / consultants on BIM related activities.
Establish and implement project related standards to facilitated team – based communications and file transfers.
Integrates external database and building information models for analysis of construction activities and processes for visual production control and schedule adjustment.
Provides hands-on training for staff of use of BIM tools within the company’s processes.
Provides technical knowledge of the BIM applications used, related systems and provide general awareness of new technologies.
Utilize engineering principles and knowledge of commercial construction best practices.
Responsible for the implementation and oversight of all Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on multiple projects during pre-construction and construction phase. Including performing 3D and 4D modeling, submitting RFIs and coordinating meetings with MEPF subcontractors.
Work with project team to perform quality control of drawings and layouts.
Work with marketing department to provide materials for presentations, conferences, website and social media.
Experience and Education Requirements Include:
Degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction Management Required.
A minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience in utilizing BIM software.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with BIM (Building Information Modeling) in commercial construction industry.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
Experience with SketchUp, Revit Live and Unity is a plus.
