High School graduate or equivalent required with basic reading, writing and math skills.
Position requires a minimum of five (5) years experience construction, including experience scheduling and coordinating subcontractors. Prefer experience in design analysis, construction of Auger Cast Piling and other Ground Improvement Techniques. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of project craft, staff and management.
Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet. Blueprint/plan reading and interpretative skills.
Must be able to travel extensively.

We are currently looking for an Auger Cast Superintendent to join our Geotechnical Group.The Auger Cast superintendent is the leader in the field and is responsible for safety, training, production and a positive work environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Train future Auger Cast work force.
Ensures construction operation is safe.
Understanding site specific plans and specifications.
Educating the field employees on all aspects of the work.
Determines workforce and equipment requirements. Establishes operational plans and monitors work activities and ensures quality control.
Approves hours worked on project.
Oversees equipment tooling and maintenance.
Managing multiple crews and multiple projects.
Organized and thorough.
Extensive understanding of drilling equipment, tooling, cranes and there capabilities.
Experienced drilling in many different soils.
Schedule, order and coordinate job site deliveries.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds from ground level to waist level.
Must be able to bend, squat and kneel occasionally throughout a scheduled work shift.
Must be able to climb ladders.
Continuous standing and walking required throughout a scheduled work shift.
Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.
Must be able to work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot and humid weather.
Acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing required.
