Therapeutic Support Specialist

New Behavioral Network, DE is in search of a Therapeutic Support Specialist to work in Kent and Sussex County. The NBN group works with school age children in the community, home and school setting applying the child’s prescribed treatment plan into every day activities.

Our goal is to use de-escalation, crisis intervention and stress management techniques to generate positive behavior changes in accordance with a set treatment plan. We hold a weekly case conference to talk with peers and licensed staffed for on going guidance and support.

This Part Time position is perfect for the growing professional who may be continuing their education, or would like more experience and some additional income. This position will give you the freedom to create your own schedule, build your client base to your comfort, and give the chance to work on a multidisciplinary team. 

New Grads are always welcome too!

In order to provide the optimum level of care, it is essential for this person to have a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or a related human service field, and experience supporting families and children with challenging behaviors.
