Case Manager

 

New Behavioral Network  is currently looking for a Full-Time  Case Manager to join our  Child Behavioral Health Program.

The  Case Manager will be responsible for the intake of new referrals, authorization and coordination of client services. This position will work closely with a team of service professional to communicate the individual service plan in order to meet the specified behavior goals.

The  Child Behavioral Health Program focuses on children up to 18 years old who have behavioral challenges. We have a family centered focus to deploy therapeutic interventions and skills training in the natural setting which helps to overcome these challenges and build each client's strengths in an effort to maximize personal potential. 

New Behavioral Network  is dedicated to providing services that offer a multi-disciplinary approach to in-home therapy, utilizing best-practice strategies that have a positive impact on our clients and their families. Our behavioral therapy Champions are the keystones of our superior therapy and patient’s progress with their compassionate approach and sensitivity to client needs.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in working with working with children with behavioral challenges, great organizational skills, and experience collaborating with state agencies. This is the perfect position for a motivated individual who enjoys working with a skilled team in a fast pace environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in the area of human relations, psychology or a social science
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience working with children with behavioral challenges preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and the ability to navigate cloud based software 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
