New Behavioral Network is looking for a full time Program Manager to join our team!

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing our mental and behavioral health programs.  They will provide supervision to our case managers and ensure that our programs are operating smoothly and that we are providing the best service possible to all of our youth! 

The ideal candidate will be well versed in working with working with children with behavioral challenges, great organizational skills, have excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone. This is a great opportunity for a high energy and personable individual that excels in a fast paced environment.

New Behavioral Network is dedicated to providing services that offer a multi-disciplinary approach to in-home therapy, utilizing best-practice strategies that have a positive impact on our clients and their families. Our behavioral therapy Champions are the keystones of our superior therapy and patient’s progress with their compassionate approach and sensitivity to client needs.

Child Mental Health Program focuses on children ages 4-21 who have behavioral challenges. We have a family centered focus to deploy therapeutic interventions and skills training in the natural setting which helps to overcome these challenges and build each client's strengths in an effort to maximize personal potential. 



  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in the area of human relations, psychology or a social science
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and the ability to navigate cloud based software 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
