We are a community based mental health agency providing mental health and behavioral health services throughout the state of Delaware. We have various contracts with state agencies and MCO's to provide mobile therapy, and therapeutic support staff for children and adults.
We are looking for an Full Time LCSW who has leadership experience to promote excellence in provision of care, to supervise the staff and to assist in compliance with contracts and regulatory agencies. Although we are CHAP accredited, our goal is to become CARF accredited before the end of the year. We also provide adult mental health and family interventionists for those clients who need assistance getting back into the work force, and addressing mental health issues.
We need assistance in selecting and implementing an evidenced based program that will meet the needs of these clients. Knowledge of Delaware resources is a must. This role is multidimentional and necessitates a variety of skill sets. From networking to set up various resources for our clients to clinical chart review are all a part of this position.
There are two positions open- one in northern Delaware and one in southern delaware. Both of these positions are full time job for someone who has leadership ability, understands administrative responsibilities, and can create a team concept. Hours need to be flexible.
