Looking for a great career opportunity to increase human services skill sets?

Behavioral Assistants (BA) are needed to join our team in our Child Mental Health Program. Current BA certification is preferred, but candidates willing to go through the free certification process are also welcomed to apply.

New Behavioral Network is dedicated to providing services that offer a multi-disciplinary approach to in-home therapy, utilizing best-practice strategies that have a positive impact on our clients and their families. Our behavioral therapy Champions are the keystones of our superior therapy and patient’s progress with their compassionate approach and sensitivity to client needs.

The Child Mental Health Program focuses on children ages 4-17 who have behavioral challenges. We have a family centered focus to deploy therapeutic interventions and skills training in the natural setting which helps to overcome these challenges and build each client’s strengths in an effort to maximize personal potential.

As a BA you will:

  • Make a difference in the lives of the families we support through providing in-home therapy
  • A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology, human services or related field is required.
  • A current NJ Behavioral Assistant Certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
