Office Clerk- Part Time (3 hours per day /3-4 days per week)

Office Clerk

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills


  • Maintaining supply inventories
  • Stocking breakroom, kitchens, and mail rooms
  • Escorting vendors on premises
  • Distributing mail and packages received daily
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
  • Supporting Administration with day to day responsibilities
  • Serve as the backup to the Office Manager at the receptionist desk.
  • Pleasantly greet guest and employees entering the main lobby.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


**Please note that this position requires lifting up to 20 pounds and constant lifting, pushing, and pulling. **
