Local Sales Manager/Digital Sales Manager
Mandate: To competently* and professionally* annually attain the negotiated and required sales goals by providing appropriate proactive management while staying aligned with the relevant overall Company's strategic direction, philosophies and goals.

Education and/ or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a previous and/or recent track record of success as a Sales Manager in Radio Broadcast Advertising Sales.
Language Skills (Modify)
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively and persuasively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public .
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
