The Digital Analyst (DA) role is responsible for supporting the Revenue Operations and Audience Development Teams with analytical insights, data intelligence, and dashboards. The DA is responsible for standardizing, and analyzing data to serve different executive and teams’ intelligence needs, as well as building and maintaining analytical dashboards. The DA also provides insights regarding our client’s business, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns. We need a fast learner that can analyze data and come to actionable conclusions quickly – someone who can craft a recommendation and make it happen.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly quantitative, who is also nimble and creative with the ability to think critically and incorporate data and testing into the decision-making process. Expertise with digital analytic tools is a must but we are also looking for people who are curious, motivated and entrepreneurial.


  • Working with the Executive Team to develop Data Intelligence Strategies and Goals related to audience drivers, campaign performance, and revenue KPIs.
  • Managing and updating dashboards that report results to Senior Management and teams.
  • Managing technology vendors’ relationships.
  • Executing the data intelligence strategy.
  • Work with the Analysis team to monitor goals, KPIs, and define target audiences
  • Range of both technical and professional skills, but be more of a generalist than a specialist or technician. He or she is comfortable using their considerable communications skills.


  • 1-3 years of experience with a major website, digital advertising agency or online marketing, advertising, publishing, fashion or retail organization with a thorough understanding of online business models and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and analysis for a major web analytics tool such as Omniture and Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following distribution channels: Social, SEO, Email
  • Entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, creative and experimental in the approach to problem solving, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with a multivariate testing tool to optimize marketing and user experience initiatives.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present initiatives to creative and technical teams alike.
  • Familiarity with competitive measurement services like comScore Media Metrix or Nielsen/NetRatings.
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, adept at managing change and priorities with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong ability to instinctively engage others to achieve positive business outcomes and make things happen through the use of positive influence.
  • Adhere and enforce Process and Guidelines to ensure ad units and complete insertion orders are received with sufficient lead to allow timely uploading of ads and adherence to uptime goals.
