INTRODUCTION. The QC TSS Integration Specialist is responsible for personnel, administrative, and quality assurance functions in support of ARNG Soldiers attending Initial Active Duty Training (IADT). The position is assigned to provide immediate administrative support to ensure Soldiers are administratively correct and able to enter the training phase as scheduled. The position is also assigned to provide quality assurance data pertinent to the RSP shipping process. The QC TSS Integration Specialist receives guidance from the Senior TRADOC Liaison at the training site and is under the direct supervision of the Recruit Sustainment Program Support Contract Senior Data Analyst.

MAJOR DUTIES. The QC TSS Integration Specialist plans and executes administrative, personnel, and quality assurance functions in support of Soldiers at IADT. The primary duties include:

• Monitor Soldiers for potential administrative issues,and make every effort to mitigate thoseissues.

• Obtain critical administrative documents that are not present as required in the shipper packet or Vulcan application.

• Process critical administrative documents that are required and cannot be obtained from the state.

• Report quality assurance data regarding RSP Soldier preparation (physical, mental, and administrative)

• Communicate with RSP Support Contract Associates, IADT Manager and the RSP Support Contract Senior Data Analyst regarding IADT Soldier issues.

• Maintain the Vulcan Database and perform daily input regarding Soldier actions and quality assurance.

• Process and monitor TRADOC LNO Module Tickets in the VulcanApplication.

• Provide doctrine relevant training input to the RSP Training Development team.

• Vulcan Subject Matter Expert to locally assigned LNOs and supported training sites

• Standardize reporting of events in the Vulcan LNOModule

• Liaison with other TSSs to standardize reporting across training sites

• Provide Vulcan support/ training to other training sites without an assignedTSS

• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the ARNG TRADOC Liaison.

QUALIFICATIONS.

a.Experience.

• Current or former US military service member with honorable discharge is preferred.

• Former military experience in the areas of Training Site Liaison, Recruiting, Retention, or Recruit Sustainment preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting and Retention or Military Unit Administration is required.

b. Special Requirements

• Possess a current National Agency Check (NACI) Investigation.

• Ability to pass any necessary background investigation. • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, and web-based databases.

• Must be knowledgeable in Army National Guard enlisted programs and benefits.

• Embody the Army Values and highest professional standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must be knowledgeable in Army National Guard enlisted programs and benefits.

• Individual must be a self-starter, able to work without direction.

c. Education

An Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school is preferred
