About The Role
Devise, plan, manage and execute a comprehensive portfolio of land and water-based activities for qualia guests
Roster, train and manage a team of Activities Attendants
Ensure all vessels and equipment are maintained to maximise guest safety and enjoyment
Planning, analysing and keeping within budget guidelines
Ensure all qualia Activities operate according to relevant legislative and Australian standards requirements
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and answer any queries
Open manual driver licence
Coxwain qualification or Exemption 38
First Aid CPR and Advanced Resuscitation
Previous experience working in a luxury environment
