qualia, Hamilton Island’s exclusive award-winning 6 star luxury resort, offers a range of water activities and guided tours to our guests.  We are seeking an Activities Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Activities Attendants, ensuring the highest standards of service.

About The Role

  • Devise, plan, manage and execute a comprehensive portfolio of land and water-based activities for qualia guests
  • Roster, train and manage a team of Activities Attendants
  • Ensure all vessels and equipment are maintained to maximise guest safety and enjoyment
  • Planning, analysing and keeping within budget guidelines
  • Ensure all qualia Activities operate according to relevant legislative and Australian standards requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and answer any queries

About You

  • Open manual driver licence
  • Coxwain qualification or Exemption 38
  • First Aid CPR and Advanced Resuscitation
  • QLD RSA
  • Previous experience working in a luxury environment
