About The Role
This is a career building opportunity for a passionate up and coming hospitality professional to join our award winning team.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager you will be exposed to staff training, budgeting and ensuring all policies and profits are met
Provide a high standard of food & beverage service in an enthusiastic and friendly manner
Opening and closing duties as required including cashiering functions
Maintain Hamilton Island’s consistent standards of excellence
Live on island position
4 or more years front of house experience within a busy restaurant
Minimum of 2 year in a food and beverage Assistant Manager position
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Impeccable personal presentation
Ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality an asset
