We are currently looking for an Campus Recruiter to join our Investment Banking recruiting team. The recruiter will be responsible for helping execute our campus recruiting efforts and strategy, increasing our employer brand recognition and strengthening relationships with university programs. 

The role will be responsible for campus hiring across our U.S. locations, including onboarding and management of our intern program.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assist in leading campus events and interviews
  • Coordinate campus recruiting teams for all events
  • Assist in developing sourcing strategies for a pipeline of campus talent
  • Conduct outreach and manage talent and ongoing relationships with candidates
  • Review and screen applicants
  • Build and further develop relationships with top university programs
  • Advise on market trends regarding campus talent and recruiting
  • Coordinate on campus and in office interviews
  • Coordinate the intern programs, including the full-time offer process and conversion rate
  • Manage the new Investment Banker full-time and intern training program, including scheduling and logistics, content and presenters, vendors, delivery and evaluation
  • Partner with D&I Associate on diversity recruiting initiatives
  • Assist with experienced/lateral recruiting needs
  • Assist with more junior or senior recruiting as needed


  • 2- 3 years of professional HR/recruiting experience
  • 2 -3 years of campus recruiting experience (MBA or undergraduate) strongly preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision or direction
  • Ability to travel up to 25% during campus recruiting season
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to work across all levels in the organization, including senior executives
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
