Piper Jaffray is a leading investment banking firm. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the firm has offices across the United States and has a presence in New York, San Francisco, Charlotte, Boston, Chicago and Houston.
At Piper Jaffray, we are committed to recruiting and retaining the best talent from undergraduate schools across the country. As a firm we strive to embody diversity and incorporate an inclusive approach into every aspect of our organization. One way we demonstrate this dedication is through our annual Career Exploration Program (CEP). During this program you will not only have the opportunity to learn about possible career paths within equities, fixed income, investment banking and public finance, but will also gain firsthand insight into the people and culture of Piper Jaffray.
Participants will join us for a two-day informational program to be held at our Minneapolis headquarters on February 26th, 2020 and February 27th, 2020. As a participant in the program, you will hear directly from junior employees, interact with our firm's senior leadership, and network with peers from around the country. Program highlights include curated one-on-ones, interactive presentations, office tour, and exposure to downtown Minneapolis.
This program is a pipeline for our summer 2021 internship opportunities across seven nationwide Piper Jaffray offices. In 2019, we hired thirty percent of CEP participants into summer 2020 internship positions. The CEP application process is open to students from all majors and disciplines and is designed to attract high-achieving, diverse candidates, which includes female, Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Asian, veteran, and LGBTQ students.

Piper Jaffray is focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you are excited about the program, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications above, we still encourage you to apply.
