When you join SHAZAM, you will be joining an independent, member-owned and well-respected company in an emerging financial services industry. You will lead the building and nurturing of relationships with all levels of decision makers within community financial institutions.
You will be challenged to learn the features and benefits of SHAZAM’s products, providing overall leadership and direction for the sales effort and associated staff to achieve the strategic and sales goals of SHAZAM. You will assist in strategic business plan development and new product planning efforts by providing sales reports/forecasts, operational plans, and sales support marketing plans.
The CSO will have responsibility for achieving short term sales and growth objectives, while also having a broad role in long term revenue and market development. This officer will have responsibility for that the strategic direction set forth by the EVP and CFO of ITS, Inc. and will direct the achievement of sales, marketing, and business expansion activities.
We are looking for someone who has a successful track record of at least ten years of managing in a high-level sales position for the financial services/banking/EFT/core services industry. This will be demonstrated by a track record of having achieved consistent sales growth and quota achievement, and a history of successfully launching new products. A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or other business-related field is required and MBA is preferred.
