SHAZAM is looking for a dependable team member who can help us identify and reduce fraud to protect cardholder accounts and minimize the financial risk to our financial institutions. You will acquire a comprehensive understanding of fraud case management through our fraud detection system, and will be challenged to maintain acceptable call quality, workstation quality, and availability within your first 30 days.  Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to become part of the fraud detection industry!

Multiple Shifts available:

1st Shift: 4, 10-hour shifts, Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday, 8am – 7pm

2nd Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 12-9pm

NOTE:

  • We offer shift differential for working 2nd shift
  • Employees qualify for monthly incentive pay
